Frequently asked questions
How does recording work?
You record in the browser on your phone or computer, up to 2 hours. The screen stays on. Dealnote then produces the text and the summary.
Is the audio kept?
No. The audio is deleted after transcription. The conversation text is kept for 30 days (free) or 180 days (paid). Summary and quote remain.
Does Dealnote use my own prices?
Yes. Import your product list from Excel or CSV, or connect your system through the API. The AI uses your items and prices.
Can the AI get quantities wrong?
Quantities that come from formulas are calculated by code, not by the AI. You always check the quote yourself before it goes to the customer.
What does it cost?
You can start free. Paid plans start at €89 per month, with a 14-day free trial. See Pricing.
Does it work in other languages?
The app and the quotes work in Dutch, English, German, French and Spanish. The customer gets quote, invoice and emails in their own language.
