More and more people work in an AI assistant. Then it's nice if you can also handle quotes and invoices there, without switching screens.
What can it do?
If you add Dealnote as a connector in Claude, you can ask in plain language:
- "Find this week's quotes that are still open."
- "Make a quote for this conversation with our products."
- "Change line 3 to 12 pieces."
- "Create a customer link so he can sign online."
- "Make an invoice from the Jansen quote."
Connecting securely
You log in to Dealnote and give consent (OAuth). In Dealnote you see which apps have access and can revoke them at any time. Claude only sees what your role allows: a salesperson sees their own conversations, a manager those of the company.
Confirmation when emailing
Actions with consequences outside your account, such as emailing an invoice, first ask for your confirmation.
