What you do with it
Calculation rules for mounting
Tiled roof portrait or flat roof east-west: hooks, rails, clamps and ballast follow from the number of panels and rows.
Photos of roof and meter cupboard
Take photos during the conversation. The AI uses them for the quote.
Your prices and items
Import your product list from Excel or CSV, such as panels, inverters and batteries.
Payment in instalments
Fix the agreements and the payment term in standard texts.
What a conversation looks like
A customer wants 12 panels on a tiled roof and asks about a home battery. You write nothing down. Dealnote picks "12 panels, tiled roof, portrait" out of the conversation, the calculation rule determines the mounting materials and the quote is ready to check.
