In short
- Before recording, you confirm that the customer knows.
- Audio is deleted after transcription.
- Conversation text is deleted automatically after 30 days (free) or 180 days (paid). Summary and quote remain.
- Data is stored in Frankfurt (EU). Speech-to-text runs through an EU server.
- Every view by the Dealnote team for support is logged.
Who sees what
A salesperson sees their own conversations. A manager or owner sees those of the whole company. The Dealnote team can only look along for support, and each time it is recorded.
Your rights
In the app you can download your data and delete your account or company. A customer of yours can ask you for their data: you can find and delete it through the app.
Processors
For the service we use, among others, Supabase (storage and login, Frankfurt), Deepgram (speech-to-text, EU server), Anthropic (AI for summary and quote), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email).
