Go to the app and enter your email address. You get a login link by email, no password needed.

1. Create your company or accept an invitation.
2. Agree to the terms.
3. Follow the start wizard: company, products, team and your first conversation.

Tick that the customer knows and press record. A recording may last up to 2 hours. The screen stays on and the audio is uploaded straight to private storage.

Speech is converted to text through an EU server. Then the audio is deleted. You can add photos and notes, the AI uses them too.

After the conversation the AI makes a summary and quote lines. You adjust everything; changes are saved automatically. Download the quote as a PDF.

In settings you set: company details, logo, brand colour, payment term, standard terms, footers and email texts. In email texts {klant}, {nummer}, {bedrag}, {vervaldatum}, {onderwerp} and {bedrijf} work.

Create a customer link. The customer opens it without logging in, views the quote and signs with name and signature. The status becomes viewed, approved or declined. After approval the quote is locked.

You can share the link yourself (for example by WhatsApp) or email the quote if email is set up.

Product catalogue

Import an Excel or CSV file. Columns such as item number, description, price and unit are recognised. The AI uses your items and prices.

Calculation rules

A calculation rule belongs to one situation and contains items with formulas based on input (such as number of panels or m²). The AI takes the input from the conversation, the formula calculates. You can test a rule and have the AI draft one from text or a PDF.

Create an invoice from a quote. It is a fixed copy, with a number of the form F-YYYY-0001, a PDF and status open, paid or cancelled. You do not delete invoices, you cancel them.

Email the invoice with a customer page. Reminders after the due date go out automatically.

Under Settings › Integrations you connect:

• HubSpot and Pipedrive with a token.
• Zoho CRM and Salesforce through login and consent.
• monday.com and Moneybird (invoice as draft).
• Excel and Google Sheets through a feed or download.
• Forms and other systems through an incoming webhook or the API, which starts a quote.

Tokens are stored encrypted. You can set a quote to go to the CRM automatically on approval or decline.

Add Dealnote as a custom connector in Claude. You log in to Dealnote and give consent. After that you can search, create, edit and email quotes and invoices in a conversation.

In the app, under Dealnote in Claude, you see which apps have access and can revoke them. Actions such as emailing an invoice ask for confirmation first.

You find the API at /api/v1 in the app. Products, quotes and invoices are available, with an OpenAPI description. You create an API key as the owner. Keys are stored only as a hash.

Webhooks get an HMAC signature. More details and examples are in the API documentation in the app.

There are three roles: salesperson (own conversations), manager and owner (whole company, team and settings). Only the owner manages API keys. The overview shows revenue, conversion, invoices and follow-up per salesperson.

Free has 30 minutes and 5 conversations per month. Pro (600), Team (1,800) and Business (6,000 minutes) start with a 14-day trial. Minutes apply per month, also with a yearly plan. You buy extra minutes as a credit pack. Through the customer portal you change plan, update your card, view invoices and cancel. See Pricing.

Audio is deleted after transcription. Conversation text disappears after 30 days (free) or 180 days (paid). Under Settings › Privacy you download your data or delete your account or company. More on the Privacy and security page.
