Why Dealnote exists
Salespeople are good at talking to customers, but lose hours to sifting through notes, writing up and retyping. Dealnote takes that over: from conversation to summary, quote, approval and invoice.
How we work
We build in small steps and test with real quotes. The app is a web app that works on phone and computer, without installation. Our first customer is IOSupply.com.
What we believe
- Simplicity first. A salesperson must be able to use it without a manual.
- The AI listens, code calculates. Amounts and quantities come from formulas.
- Privacy by default. Audio is deleted, data stays accessible to the customer.
