Whoever records conversations has responsibility. That is why these choices are built into Dealnote.
Our principles
- The salesperson confirms before recording that the customer knows.
- Audio is deleted after transcription.
- Conversation text has a retention period: 30 days (free) or 180 days (paid).
- Storage in Frankfurt, speech-to-text through an EU server.
- Every view by the Dealnote team is logged.
- Users can download and delete their data.
